3. Data Transfers & Processors
Data processors
The Data Controller transfers your personal data to third parties only with your consent or based on a legal obligation. We may share data with the following processors:
- Hosting provider: Tárhely.Eu Szolgáltató Kft. (1097 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán körút 12–14.) – for website and data storage.
- Accounting office: for fulfilment of accounting obligations.
Processors handle data solely on the Data Controller's instructions and for the specified purpose, applying appropriate technical and organisational security measures.
4. Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights regarding the processing of your personal data:
Right to rectification
You may request correction of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data.
Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
Under certain conditions you may request deletion of your data.
Right to restriction of processing
In certain cases you may request that we retain but no longer actively process your data.
Right to data portability
You may request data processed on the basis of consent or a contract in a machine-readable format.
Right to object
Where processing is based on legitimate interests you may object to the processing.
Withdrawal of consent
Where processing is based on consent you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
